The Process:
- When you first get in touch with Belgravia Healthcare, our dedicated customer care team will answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process.
- One of our management team will undertake an assessment of your requirements to ensure we are able to put together a home nurse care package which perfectly meets your healthcare needs.
- We will liaise with you and your family throughout the process, to ensure you feel fully informed and supported.
- Once everything has been agreed, we will put together a team of specially-trained staff to begin your at-home care as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Complex care:
Because of the training and qualifications undertaken by our team, we are able to offer nursing at home for patients, no matter the complexity of their health needs.
Not only do we seek to employ those with the right experience to ensure first-class care for everyone, we also understand that feeling comfortable in your own home is a priority. That is why the personality and demeanour of the nurses is key too – and we aim to match client and nurse based on personality to ensure you and your family have peace of mind about your care going forward.
While every complex care case is unique, all specialist care clients have one thing in common: they need to be able to trust their nurse and their nursing provider to never let them down.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of home nursing?
Home nursing means you still receive the support you need but you can stay in familiar surroundings rather than having to relocate into a specific healthcare setting.
Because the care is taking place in your own home, it is fully personalised to fit in with not only your needs, but also to ensure that it fits seamlessly in with routine and your family life.
You can maintain higher levels of independence by not being in a hospital setting – and you benefit from consistent care from staff who get to know you and build a trusting relationship.
What training do nurses receive?
As well as providing DHA licensed nursing, we add an extra layer of standards and training to all of our recruitment processes because of our association with the British-run Komplex Group.
We have access to their industry-leading Training Academy which means all of our clients have peace of mind that they will be in the best hands possible for their healthcare needs.
What is home nursing?
Home nursing is medical and clinical care delivered by qualified nurses and healthcare assistants in clients’ own homes.
Previously, clients may have had to stay in hospital for extended periods of time due to their ongoing healthcare needs. But now having a nurse at home has become increasingly popular because of the associated benefits of being in your own surroundings and with your family.
By ensuring the highest standards of training and recruitment, clients can be assured they are receiving safe, person-centred care which will afford them the best possible outcomes.
Who needs home healthcare services?
Anyone can enquire about home healthcare, which is usually provided to clients who have a condition that requires ongoing support.
The care provided can include a range of tasks including medication management, providing support to attend medical appointments and wound care, through to more specialist care such as ventilation and airway management.
Depending on the level of medical needs, packages can be arranged ranging from a 60-minute visit to 24-hour care.
