Because of her physiotherapy background too she is able to advise on other aspects of therapy too. She is a skillful masseuse and extremely experienced. I coach menopause exercise workouts online and train at the gym plus I walk daily – so massage is ( to me ) a vital component of staying fit and healthy in post menopause!
